the antennas on his head actually let him mess with electronic waves, yet but lacks strength to control them or anything so all he really does is make the quality worse.
his hair always stays in the exact shape like a hat, but still feels like hair.

his hair used to be a dark brown, but it turned white upon death.
lacks any pupils, making a staring contest weird...
his past is long forgotten from history, but instead creates ghost sighting history today.
once a group of teenagers came to the manor to prank one of their friends, but they all ended up running for home scared.
actually wishes he wasnt a ghost at times, enjoys the peace but "nothing interesting ever happens".
due to those teenagers, the manor was very often visited by ghost hunters, which was rather annoying for him.
because he wasnt teached in his past, hes genuinely a moron, doesnt comprehend simple subjects but has taught himself to read from the library.

I kinda had an idea to flesh him out more but i feel like trying to flesh out a guy whos entire gag is being a heroin addict is just a bit weird LMFAO but i still like his design either way, hes more of a side character tbh not someone doing their own thing.

was originally gonna be some "vision god" but it just seemed cheesy and corny so i scrapped it for a more comedic one instead.
